Sunday Feb. 2nd, 2014 – Kendall Square, Cambridge
What’s new for Super Sunday?
New for 2014, we’re awarding a $1,000 cash purse for top 10 overall men and women in the 5-miler
but will only have a 5 mile race, with a new course and separate start for 5K runners. Both races will share the same finish line. Please be able to maintain 9min/mile pace if running the 5-miler.
Refer 5 friends and run for FREE
Races are more fun with friends and we reward you for referring others to Super Sunday. When you register, you’ll receive a unique Sharelink to invite others. Your Sharelink allows RaceMenu to track your referrals. Get 5 referrals (paid entries only) and we will refund 100% of your entry fee. The person with the most referrals wins free entry to all 2014 RACE events!
Super Sunday Party
As always, Super Sunday will have a HUGE post race party. We’ll have thousands of craft beers for you along with free pizza and wings (+ healthier stuff) and kick-ass live music from BearFight. Not running? Lucky for you, guest entry can be purchased during the registration process. (so find a runner!) A limited quantity of party-only tickets will go on sale on Saturday at noon. No tickets will be sold at the door – advance purchase only. If you look under 30 or racing in the 20-29 age group, you must bring ID.

Walkers, strollers and dogs
Sorry – no slow walkers on this course. Strollers and dogs are welcome but please line up in the back and maintain a safe distance from others. We have a tight schedule so please maintain a 9min/mile pace or faster in the 5M and 14min/mile pace or faster in the 5K.
Please help us recruit volunteers.
We are seeking volunteers to help with several aspects of the event; please sign up here. Volunteers receive a special edition tshirt and free entry into the post-race party.
We’re doing this to kick cancer’s ass.
Super Sunday is a fundraiser for several fantastic charitable organizations. The 2014 beneficiary organizations will be TargetCancer, Ellie Fund and Cambridge Little Baseball League.
Postponement, Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the event may be postponed to another date. No refunds will be issued due to conflicts with the postponement date. If RACE must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control, no refunds will be issued. Bottom line: RACE does not control the weather, nor does RACE issue refunds unless RACE really screwed up. Please remember, all proceeds go to charity.
